When it comes to FICO® Scores, the higher the score, the better. FICO® Scores fall into the following ranges:

  • 300 - 580: Poor Rating
  • 580 - 669: Fair Rating
  • 670 - 739: Good Rating
  • 740 - 799: Very Good Rating
  • 800 and up: Excellent Rating

Most credit scores fall between 600 and 750. Higher scores represent better credit decisions and can make creditors more confident that you will repay your future debts as agreed.
