Why is my account frozen?
In an effort to provide the highest level of account security, we may freeze a user’s account due to flags being raised because of activity that seems to be against our User Agreement.
- You are logging in from an unknown location
- Someone tried to access your account from a new location
- You had too many login attempts with an incorrect password
How do I unfreeze my account?
If your account is frozen, please contact our support team and we will walk you through unfreezing your account.
If you are somehow violating Lenny's User Agreement, you may be asked to provide documentation.
